Create Inspire Convert Process:

Our process is 3-fold: Learn, Build, Launch.

Learn: This is the initial phase where we connect and learn about each other. This can happen via Zoom, email, text – whatever you prefer! There’s a quick and painless questionnaire we use to get all the details we need about what’s worked previously for you, what hasn’t, and what you’d like to accomplish through an online marketing strategy.

Build: If you like what you see after the Learn phase, we’ll agree to work together and build a tailored solution customized to your business’s goals. The solutions tend to fall into 1 of 3 buckets and are customized based on what you actually need:

• Online Marketing Funnel Strategic Plan – if you’re just getting started and aren’t sure what your “funnel” should be or what that means, or if you have a funnel but you want to troubleshoot it because it’s not working the way you thought, we can help you with that.
• Full Online Marketing Funnel + Assets – we create a visual and written “map” of your full funnel (the steps someone takes to go from interested to becoming a client or customer of yours) then create all needed assets for your team to implement and launch the funnel. Note: We only recommend this option if you have a proven product or service you’ve already sold.
• Copywriting / Asset Creation – we can write needed copy (emails, landing page content, sales pages, other website copy, SMS, etc) for your business and/or funnel. Note: Create Inspire Convert does not write any social media content.

Throughout the Build process, we are in communication with you regarding our progress. Revision and refinement of deliverables is part of the solution, as well, because we want you to be happy with what we create for you.

Launch: Most solutions can be created within 2-4 weeks from the time we start the Learn phase. This means in 2-4 weeks time you have the assets you need to begin marketing online with greater purpose and clarity. Once deliverables are handed over, we don’t walk away. Included is the option for us to monitor performance and provide suggested improvements. We firmly believe the success of online marketing is in the details: understanding how what you’ve put out performs enables you to either iterate on what works, or optimize what isn’t so you can get closer to the results you’re after.
